SHIPPING
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of placing your order.
Our warehouse is based in Melbourne, Australia, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.
Please note that all orders received after 1pm on a Friday and over the weekend are processed the following Monday.
Australia Post
STANDARD SHIPPING (3-4 business days) All Orders $8 | FREE over $70
EXPRESS SHIPPING (1-2 business days) All Orders $15 | FREE Over $200
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International customers can browse the site and check-out in AUS Dollars.
Please note RAEF The Label cannot be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied by customs in the country where delivery is made. The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees which may be imposed will rest with the customer. To comply with Australian regulations, we are prohibited by law from marking any orders as a ‘gift’.

Processing Times
Orders are processed pending item availability and payment approval. During high volume periods, product availability may be subject to change while your order is being processed.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday 1pm will be processed and shipped within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 1pm Friday, a public holiday or over the weekend will be shipped on the following business day.
Pre-Orders
Items available for pre-order will be shown on the product page along with the anticipated ship date.
If your order contains a combination of pre-order items and in-stock items, RAEF The Label is unfortunately unable to split orders and ship available items first. If you wish to purchase pre-order items and available items, we recommend placing a separate order for each.
Please note, if you wish to return a pre-order item for an exchange or online credit, you will have 14 days from the date of purchase to request your exchange or online credit via our online portal here.
Exchanging an Item
This policy applies to all purchases made online at raefthelabel.com.au.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can exchange your (full priced) item within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Full Priced Items
We stand by the products we carry at RAEF The Label and we are confident you will love your purchase too. If for any reason you are not satisfied or have changed your mind about your online purchase, you are eligible for an exchange or you can receive an online credit.
We are unable to refund your purchase unless the item is deemed faulty. Please note, RAEF The Label is unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping.
Sale Items
Items that have been marked down or are purchased during a promotional sale using a coupon code or discount (eg Black Friday, Flash Sale) are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or online credits. Unless the item is deemed as faulty.
All promotions fall under our 'sale item' returns policy.
Final Sale Items
All products marked as Final Sale are not eligible for returns, exchanges, refunds or online credits. Unless the item is deemed as faulty.
Credit Notes/ Store Credits
Credit notes can be used within 12 months of the issue date. Credit notes and/or store credits are only available to be used on raeflabel.com.au.
Shipping costs cannot be used as part of your credit note and will be charged in addition to your exchange item.

Add your order number and email address, click ‘Create an Exchange’.
Step 4
Fill in our exchange form including the exchange type, quantity of items you are exchanging and reason.
